I’ve been brewing this with my French press and the dark roast holds up beautifully without turning bitter. The grind size is spot-on for my morning routine.
The deep, almost smoky notes come through perfectly without any bitterness, even when I let it sit in the carafe for a while. This 12 oz bag has lasted me a solid two weeks of daily use, which feels like great value.
Finally a dark roast that doesn't taste burnt; the crema on top is impressive for a pre-ground coffee. Managed to brew a smooth cup even with my cheap drip machine, and the richness lasted through the whole pot.
The smoky aroma fills the kitchen instantly, and it's smooth enough to drink black without any bitterness. This ground coffee holds up well in my French press, delivering a rich, full-bodied cup every morning.
Finally, a dark roast that doesn't taste burnt or bitter. I've been using it in my drip machine and the grounds are so fine there's almost no sludge at the bottom of the cup.
First cup this morning and I could actually taste the smooth, rich notes without any bitterness. It's strong enough to wake me up but doesn't leave that burnt aftertaste I hate. Definitely earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
I’ve been through a lot of dark roasts, and this one has that deep, smoky richness without any bitter bite. It’s smooth enough to enjoy black, even for someone who usually adds cream. Definitely my new go‑to for a bold cup.
The morning aroma from this bag fills the kitchen immediately, and the roast is smooth without any bitter aftertaste. I love that it's finely ground enough for my drip maker but still holds up well in a French press.
This is my third bag and the bold flavor holds up just as well cold as it does hot. The grind is perfect for my drip machine, no bitter aftertaste.
The smoky, almost chocolatey notes in this dark roast are exactly what I need in my afternoon cup—it’s bold without being bitter. Ground it fresh this morning, and the aroma alone made me look forward to brewing.
